TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the Terms of Service below.
General:
■ Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
■ I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
■ All artwork is transferred digitally.
■ Keep in mind, my skill level is limited:
-I can draw: fanart, OCs, photograph references
-I cannot draw: bara (intense muscles), furry, mecha, gore, NSFW
Payment:
■ I accept payment through Paypal in USD, and can include bank transfer if you are Vietnamese.
■ Please understand that after the sketching process, you can not ask for a refund.
■ The final price will include an additional 5% fee if you transfer through PayPal due to PayPal fee.
■ Extra fee regarding the type of commission:
- Private commission: 50% additional fee
- Commercial use: 200% additional fee
Process:
■ After accepting the commission, I will proceed with the sketch. After you approve the sketch, you are to send the payment in full. I will carry on with the piece only after receiving the payment.
■ Commissions often take about 2-3 weeks, and might take up to 1-2 months, depending on various circumstances including the complexity of the commission or my personal problems.
■ You are allowed to ask for edit and change in detail during the sketching process. However, only minor changes are allowed afterward.
Usage policy:
■ I receive full right to my artwork and the right to post it to promote myself, unless further discussion.
■ If you want the commission to be private, please tell me beforehand as there is an additional fee as mentioned.
■ I am fine with my work being used for personal reasons. However, if the commission is for commercial use, please tell me beforehand as there is an additional fee as mentioned
■ I do not want my artwork to be used in NFT or AI training whatsoever.
COMMISSION PRICES
Portrait of 01 character with simple background:
■ Bust-up: 10$-15$
■ Half-body: 15$-20$
■ Full body: 20$-30$
For Vietnamese:
■ Bust-up: 150k-200k
■ Half-body: 200k-300k
■ Full body: 300k-400k
Full illustration of 01 character with detailed background:
■ 30$-50$
For Vietnamese:
■ 400k-900k
Note:
■ Please make sure you understand the Terms of Service before commissioning
■ Prices range depend on the detail of the commission as i deem fit
■ Portrait with complicated background requires further discussion and will be charge +50%
■ Additional character: +80% the price per 1 character
